Number of accounts

ZI-SecurityIncident plugin is licensed for all accounts (mailboxes) that are created on your Zimbra server. If the number of your accounts is above the number of accounts in ZI-SecurityIncident plugin, the ZI-SecurityIncident plugin functionalities are switched off.

Subscription and support

ZI-SecurityIncident plugin can be used during 1-year or 2-years subscription. After this term, the license should be re-purchased. If not, the plugin functionalities will be disabled.

During the subscription term, you have right to update SecurityIncident plugin with the newest one available and to receive technical support. Support is available through Support Page or instant chat on our webpage.

Deployment

Choosing deployment during purchasing, give you the right to get direct support from Intalio Services in installation and configuration part of ZI-SecurityIncident plugin

The deployment process consist of following steps:

  1. Preparing specification and details of deployment – direct contact with Customer.
  2. Installation of ZI-SecurityIncident zimlet.
  3. Configuration of ZI-SecurityIncident plugin according to the specification (point 1.).
  4. Testing.
  5. Production readiness.
