1. In order to ensure the security of personal data entrusted to us by the Users/Customers, we have developed internal procedures to prevent disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant regulations of law.

2. This privacy policy applies to all cases where the Store is the personal data controller and processes your personal data. The principle applies to cases in which the Store processes personal data obtained directly from the data subject, as well as cases in which we obtained personal data from other sources. The Store satisfies its information obligations in both of the above cases, as specified in Article 13 and Article 14 of the GDPR. GDPR stands for: Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on Data Protection).

5. Please be advised that providing personal data, as well as consent to their processing, are completely voluntary. We wish to explain that all personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which consent was given or pursuant to the applicable law.

6. However, if you decide not to provide personal data necessary for the performance of the contract or order and if you do not agree to their processing, unfortunately we will not be able to process your order or conclude the contract with you.

7. Please be advised that you always have the right to update or delete your personal data.

8. The Store processes personal data provided in the form filled out by the Customer, derived from the concluded contract or obtained by authorized representatives.

9. Each entry into the Store's website is automatically registered in the system event log. The data obtained in this way is used only for the Store’s statistical purposes. These data relate to: the type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider.

11. The Data Controller processes personal data for the purpose of establishing business contacts, delivering the newsletter, conducting promotional or marketing activities, performing contracts or purchase orders, as well as storing and archiving documentation related to the license granted.

12. Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Data Controller to process personal data in compliance with the law or for the purpose of implementing a contract concluded between the parties.

13. If it is necessary to consent to a given purpose of the personal data processing, such consent is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time afterwards.

14. Personal data may be processed as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

15. In the event that the personal data processing is based on the data subject's consent, the data will be processed only by the time of the consent withdrawal.

If the processing is necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before the contract conclusion, the period for these data processing includes the time for performance of obligations and the periods of limitation for any possible claims.

In the event that the personal data processing is based on the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the period for the personal data processing includes the time for performance of obligations and the periods of limitation for any possible claims, or it runs until the day of considering the submitted objection.

18 . The Data Controller informs that the Customer is entitled to:
- access the data;
- rectify the data;
- delete the data;
- restrict the data processing;
- transfer the data;
- object (when the Data Controller's legitimate interest is the basis for the data processing);
- withdraw their consent (when the consent is the basis for the data processing).

19. Please be advised that personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
Data may be made available to suppliers, service providers, partners, the Store to the extent necessary to provide services, business contacts, promotional activities or the Store operation. In particular, personal data may be made available in the payment processing process to the Store's broker:

21. The personal data provided will not be processed for the purpose of automated decision making.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of the Internet technology, possible changes in the law in the field of personal data protection and development of our website. We will inform you about any changes in a clear and understandable manner.

23. We would like to emphasize that we make every effort to ensure that e-mailing is not burdensome for our Customer; we limit its volume and send it only when necessary. Each such message also contains a special link that allows you to opt out of receiving messages from us.

24. The website may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Store and are not supervised by the Store's website in any way. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations. Please be advised that you should always read these documents.

25. Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, in cases specified therein, in particular when processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party, there is the right to submit an objection to the Data Controller. The submitted objection will be considered in keeping with the applicable law, and the objecting party will receive a reply in this respect containing the justification for the decision.
